- FAMILY SOCIALIZATION PROGRAM - PILOT DESCRIPTION – Year 2 In the FY24 budget, PsyGenics was awarded the first of three one-year grants of $250,000 to develop and test the Family Socialization Program, to be used as a template for other providers in Michigan. This second year will involve an education component along with measures and to comply with statute and more fully develop the program, PsyGenics’ sister organization, MedGenics, will be the requester of funding and sponsoring the actual pilot events. The periodic program incentivizes members and families to visit their Dearborn location for group social gatherings encouraging activities of day-to-day life, along with important encounters with qualified clinicians which become meaningful revenue sources for the provider.
